Send each request to the Grainger County or Tennessee custodian responsible for that record:

- Police incident reports: the sheriff, Bean Station Police Department, Blaine Police Department, Rutledge Police Department, or other agency that wrote the report.
- Expungement: the court that handled the case, beginning with the exact case number and disposition.
- Registry information: Tennessee Sex Offender Registry staff at 1-888-837-4170 or the registering agency shown in the live profile.
The Grainger County Justice Center houses several offices, but their files remain separate. The sheriff cannot certify a court judgment, and the clerk does not issue the arresting agency's narrative report.
